1. Be available 

Be available to your clients: Make sure they know how to reach you and answer inquiries as soon as possible. If a customer has to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get an answer or struggle to get hold of you, it might affect your business’s reputation in a negative way. If you can’t answer the customer right away, let them know that you will answer ASAP or provide them with a time frame.

If a client feels like they are being treated well, they will most likely have a better overall experience dealing with your business. It also increases the likelihood that they’ll recommend your business to others. And it can make it easier to deal with any potential issues in regards to the product or service, because you’ll have established a good relationship with the client.
