How to use the Conta app
Using the app is a walk in the park. Simply:
- Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store
- Download the app and log in with your user name and password, or with your Google account
- Send track and manage invoices as usual
- Manage clients, products and services and see your numbers: How much have you invoiced for this year and in total?
Why use the Conta app?

When you log in you’ll find the home page with an overview of your numbers, as well as your unpaid invoices.
We recommend keeping an eye on this list of unpaid invoices: You should reach out to clients as quickly as possible when an invoice has not been paid. This way, you can figure out what the issue is—maybe they’re missing payment details, maybe they didn’t receive the invoice, or maybe they simply forgot about it— so that you can sort it out and get paid for your work.
When you use Conta, you’ll also be notified about overdue invoices via email so that you can follow up with your clients.
