- The invoice date is usually today’s date. The due date is when you want your client to pay you by, for example 14 or 30 days.

- Add your payment details, whether bank account, PayPal or Google Pay link or QR code, and any terms and conditions you want.
- Export the invoice as PDF and attach it to the email you send your client, or print it and send it in the mail.
