Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

We may share your data with third parties who provide services on our behalf. Here is an overview of third-party services we use and exchange data with.

Amazon EC2	Used for the web servers that keep the wheels turning.
Amazon S3	Used for storing files, for example your invoices.
Amazon RDS	Used for data storage and the database of our services.
Jottacloud	Used for Norwegian backup of all data.
Google Analytics	Used for marketing and anonymous statistics on our websites and within the services.
New Relic	Software that monitors any errors and performance issues in our services so that we can take any action quickly.
SendGrid	Tools that send automatic emails from the service, for example when an invoice is sent or when you have set up a reminder for yourself.
Sentry	Monitors errors in the software so that we can quickly detect them.
SuperOffice	The software used by customer service to help you when you need it.
Performance	Used for marketing and advertising of our services on the web in order to deliver the most relevant advertisements possible.
VWO	Used for marketing, but also to test user interface changes to see what makes our services easier to use.
Google Ads	Used for advertisements on Google’s advertising network, for example when you search and receive an advertisement for our services.
Facebook	Used for marketing Conta’s services on Facebook’s advertising network.
LinkedIn Insights	Used for marketing Conta’s services on LinkedIn’s advertising network.
AWS DynamoDB	Data storage for the mobile app and the recognition software KAIA, which recognizes vouchers you scan, and enables you to fill in vouchers in the accounts more quickly.
AWS Lambda	Data storage for the mobile app and the recognition software KAIA, which recognizes vouchers you scan, and enables you to fill in vouchers in the accounts more quickly.
AWS Cloudwatch	Software that keeps track of crashes in KAIA, the artificial intelligence that helps you fill out vouchers.
Autopilot	Used for marketing automation for better customer experiences, based on actions on the web pages.

Services you choose yourself whether you want to activate/use

Service	What is the service used for?
Firebase	Service that sends important messages (notifications) from the mobile app, reports on any crashes.
Altinn	Makes it possible for you to send tasks directly to Altinn.
The EHF portal	Enables you to send and receive EHF to and from companies in Norway. EHF stands for electronic trading format and is the standard for electronic invoicing in Norway.
Campaign Monitor	Used to send e-mails with offers and other information to people who have agreed to receive such e-mails. To unsubscribe, simply click on a link in one of the emails.
Nets	Enables you to send eInvoices to private individuals directly from Conta.
Kravia	You can send unpaid invoices to Kravia, who will follow up with your customer with reminders and debt collection if necessary.
Cloudmailin	Used when you send vouchers via e-mail to your uploaded vouchers in the accounts.
Attachment scanner	This service is used for virus checking of all files uploaded in Conta.
