Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use one of our invoice templates:

  1. Open the template in Microsoft Word, Excel or Google docs.
  2. Fill in your business information, such as name, address and contact information, in the top left corner of the invoice.
  3. Add the name, address and other relevant information on your customer.
  4. List the products or services you have delivered and the associated cost. Remember to include a description, quantity and unit price.
  5. Add up the cost of all items to calculate the total amount due.
  6. Add additional details or notes that you find relevant to include in your invoice, such as payment terms, date and invoice number.
  7. Print and send the invoice to your customer via email.
  8. And you are done!

💡 PRO TIP: Inform your customer that late payment fees will occur if payments are not made on time. This has proven to increase the likelihood of getting paid on time.
